Our first class was a great success! We had a great group of people who were eager to learn and ready to chop.
If you missed this first knife skills class don't fret because there are still two more opportunities this quarter to hone your slicing skills. February 12 at and March 25 at 6:30 p.m.

Wow, something new and fun in B'ham! I'm a huge fan of Molly over at Orangette and saw the info about your classes on her site. Would it be possible for you to give more details about the classes and the teachers on your site? Perhaps just a little bio about the instructor and more about what we might learn?
The photos are stunning, and really give a sense of what the classes are like. I'm looking forward to the Winter Soups class, my first one (but not the last..).
